Enjoy your breakfast at hotel and then drive to Jankichatti. Further you have to enjoy the trek of around 7kms to Yamunotri. As an optional you can also opt Horse or Pony ride.

Later proceed to visit Yamunotri Temple - a famous Hindus temple dedicated to Goddess Yamuna. This temple is also the popular one as a first step for the beginning of Char Dham yatra.

Also visit Surya Kund - a famous hot spring where several pilgrims cooked Potatoes and Rice to serve in Prashad. A holy place which is located in the vicinity of Yamunotri shrine. A perfect example of faith in spirituality.

One can perform puja at Divya Shila nearby temple. Take the bath in Jamunabai's Kund and later get the Darshan of "Pious Yamuna Ji". Evening return to Barkot. Overnight stay in Barkot.
